Their friendly and no pressure approach was a nice change from what I had received from Koons in Tysons where the salesman commentedd that he did not feel like I was serious about purchasing a vehicle and the manager gave me the impression that I was doing him a favor by being there. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there. I received a price from another dealership and was hoping that Joyce Koons would be able to match the price. Patrick indicated that he could match the price. Even though Joyce Koons GMC was the furthest dealership from my house the customer service that I received from them was the deciding factor in our purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used car to try Joyce Koons GMC for a truly customer service oriented dealership. More

Pat and Charles gave us the best car dealership experience we have ever had. They found a car that met our needs from a dealer out of state, sold it to us at a very good price, provided us a fair experience we have ever had. They also took the time to hook up the headphones, connect the bluetooth and synchronize the garage door opener! This was first class service all the way! I should also add that the paperwork was processed in record time, I didn't experience any high pressure sales techniques to buy add ons and we were able to get in out in record time. He did not waiver from focusing on my particular needs, and never tried to upsell, or divert me to another product. I felt very comfortable talking to him. (2)Patrick committed a great deal of time to me. His personality and delivery made me feel that customer service was truly his priority. I.e., I'm totally convinced he was sincere. He contacted 5 other dealerships until he found the car I was looking for, and then arranged for the car to be transported to Joyce Koons. This was "above and beyond" in my book. (3) By being attentive during my discussions with Patrick, Dexter complimented the entire process by taking my on several extremely informative test drives, and bringing up, and when applicable demonstrating, every feature and question I had discussed with Patrick. Dexter was also extremely knowledgable on every aspect of the models I drove. (4) Financing. I was most impressed on how Patrick translated the technical aspects of leasing into layman terms. As a retired CFO, I thought his delivery and explanations were perfect and honest. We told him and he brought 2 of them to the undercover area for us to look at. (it was raining because of the hurricane) They both were great except not the color we wanted. He had Patrick Bryant see if he could locate the color car we wanted and he did! Not an easy task, I think he had to go through 3 or 4 other dealers. He had the SUV there in 24hours ready for us to buy. This by far has been the easiest car buying experience I have had. We had our 3 kids with us all the time which is not ideal for car shopping, had many time restraints which they were VERY helpful with and we even left the car there for a few extra days due to traveling issues. This group is great to work with. They really go the extra mile to help you get what you want.
