This is the third car I bought from Pat Bryant directly. Pat Bryant shows an astounding level of professionalism, honesty, and is direct when it comes to purchasing a new car. We traded in a pre-owned car, and I was more than satisfied with the whole process and trade-in value. Our new car was exactly what we needed. The environment was completely low-stress and was not what you would typically expect in a new car purchase. We have two small kids who have very little patience and the whole staff was very accommodating during the entire process. Pat even went out of his way to buy the kids a happy meal from the McDonalds across the street to keep them happy once they got fussy. Luckily we were able to wrap up the purchase very quickly, thanks in large part to the focus that the staff at Koons had. We will be back for our next purchase!! More

Charles Carlson greeted us warmly and asked what he could help us with. we wanted a fully loaded LaCrosse with all the bells and whistles, and in a color they didn't have on their lot. We talked awhile and met Patrick Bryant, the General Sales Manager. He was delightful to work with, but we weren't ready to commit on this day. A few days later we returned and both Patrick and Charles knew us by name. We sat down, and before too long. Patrick had found us the car we wanted. We very quickly negotiated a fair deal without the usual haggling. It was such a pleasant experience. We are happy to recommend this dealership to our friends. In fact, my husband is thinking he now needs a new truck and they will be his first stop! Each of the people we met and dealt with were extremely professional, had positive attitudes, were knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. in addition, the trade in on our Lexus was fair. We look forward to our future dealings with this dealership. More
I have been returning to Koons GMC since I bought my Surburban from them in 1997 because they have always been very good to work with and they seem to be just as proud to keep my "old" Surburban in work Surburban from them in 1997 because they have always been very good to work with and they seem to be just as proud to keep my "old" Surburban in working order as I am to have it. With over 230K miles on it, they must be doing something right. Jeff has been the service person I have dealt with the whole time and I enjoy dealing with him as he always thorough in doing what is necessary to keep my vehicle in sound working order. He knows we travel a lot and can't afford to have problems on the road. I appreciate his and Koons' dedication. More

I purchased my used vehicle at this dealership (a large multi-location/brand chain) and my vehicle is not the brand that this location specializes in. I do not feel I am getting bad service but I do feel I would get a high level of service from a dealer specializing in the brand of vehicle I own. If it were possible to go to one of the other dealerhips in the chain and not loose my dealer powertrain warranty I would. More
