There were no bothersome 'hard sell' phone calls and the sales department was responsive to any questions we had. The price, while not perfect, was derived from facts in the market and reasonable. Customer service, to include allowing customer more control in the process, put this dealership over the top. I'll be back as long as GMC/Buick are my vehicles of choice. More

He also helped find and secure the Arcadia that personally fit our budget. Andy Oravetz, our salesman, was friendly, helpful and assisted Patrick in getting us in and out so we were not late for our next appointment. Ronnie Jones was also as friendly and helpful as the other two gentlemen and even emailed the paperwork in order to keep us on schedule. WOW!!!!
