Koons was the third dealership I visited during my car purchase experience. Steve was the sales consultant I dealt with. He was the first person, out of the 3 dealerships, that didn't pitch me. We talked the "joys" of working out mortgages with banks, and he told me to get everything taken care of and to let him know when I was ready to come back. I believe I was sold the first day because of the attentive and relaxed sales environment that Steve portrayed. As a side note, he was also the first dealer to spell my name right. That may not seem like a big deal, but when dealers spell your name wrong as you spell it out for them, it tells me that they are more interested in your money than your satisfaction. Everyone that I was in contact with at Koons emitted the same friendly atmosphere. It was a pleasant first car buying experience. More

We bumped into Ms. Kat Eakin, Sales Associate, while looking at new GMC Acadia's on the back lot of the Sales Room, at Joyce Koons. Kat was on a break, but she didn't hesitate to see if we needed any as looking at new GMC Acadia's on the back lot of the Sales Room, at Joyce Koons. She quickly started the process by getting an estimate of our vehicle, and credit application process. It was at this point that we were introduced to General Sales Manager, Patrick Bryant. It was made very clear that Patrick was very eager to win our business and stood ready to make it happen. Patrick told us up front that he didn't believe in playing stall tactics and wanted to do whatever he could to get us a quality vehicle that matched our needs. Before the evening was done, we had our new 2012 GMC Acadia SLT. The great service was made even better when we were introduced to the Finance Director who even went several steps further to get a better deal and less percentage points to stay in line with what we could afford. My wife and I, and our children all one GM products and have purchased several vehicles form (Joyce) Koons of Manassas. It is for stories and buying experiences like this that keep us coming back. My deceased grandfather, a life long GM employee, would have been very proud to hear how his family has been taken care of by the company who provided him a great career. We were so touched by all the efforts of the sales Team, that we brought our best friends in a couple days later so they too could purchase a quality vehicle.
