I got a used jeep from this dealership recently, they promised me I can get it fixed whenever I had a problem with it because I was under warranty with them for at least 4000 miles. Took it in the next day because I started feeling hesitations from the car and they gave me the round around, told me they didn’t find anything with it hence referred me to Jeep.. took it to Jeep and the performed a fuel induction and other maintenance fixes (paid $669 for this). Called my sales person to enquire about my options since your dealership service advised me to (after visiting them several times) but I never heard back from the sales person. They did nothing to help me when I voiced my concerns and really didn’t care. I felt fooled and misled (with their promise that they would take care of it if I had any issue with the car within the mileage promised , but when I went there; I always got a different perspective and never the solution). As a first car buyer, this dealership has left such a bad taste in my mouth. More

Despite me getting a decent deal, I had one of the worse experiences as a customer. More training is needed for staff. My vehicle was delivered with tags that didn't belong on the one I purchased. I have always had a favorable experience at Koons GMC in Manassas, VA until my appointment on March 5, 2021. I had a prior-made appointment for 10AM. Upon arrival and check-in, I was told there would be a Manassas, VA until my appointment on March 5, 2021. I had a prior-made appointment for 10AM. Upon arrival and check-in, I was told there would be a wait of 1 3/4 to 2 hours. The appointment time was "drop off time". REALLY??? Also there was no free Annual Inspection ( as I was told when buying the Terrain!), nor was the SUV washed as had been the practice in the past. My complaints resulted in no charge for the Inspection, "...this time". I hope to have a better experience next time! More
