My wife and I were looking for a SUV and stopped at Koons to see what was available. Amie was great in helping us check out the SUVs on hand. We arrived almost at closing time but she worked with us, Patrick and the finance person to enable us to leave with our new SUV that night. The completion of the paperwork took longer thant expected and after closing but Amie stayed with us until we could drive off. The engine light went on in my Buick Enclave, I had to be towed to the dealership. They were super friendly and helpful when I got there. They provided a rental car immediately without me even asking for it towed to the dealership. They were super friendly and helpful when I got there. What a great dealership. My wife and I were in the market for an AWD SUV and our first trip to the dealership was merely for research. Isaiah walked with us and helped us even though we weren't there market for an AWD SUV and our first trip to the dealership was merely for research. Isaiah walked with us and helped us even though we weren't there to buy right away. When we came back intent on buying, he (and the dealership) were very flexible when dealing with us on test drives. Since we were upgrading from a sedan, it was important for me to ensure my wife was comfortable with driving a larger vehicle and Isaiah and the team were completely onboard. Working with Isaiah from the start made for a relaxed and pleasant experience. He was more than willing to work with me in person, on the phone, or over email which made the buying process very smooth. It is always great to not have the pressure of a salesman constantly bugging you on a pre-determined schedule to see if you are still interested in purchasing. Having said that, he was still very proactive in following up with me and helping figure out a snag with the turn-in of our lease. We were originally going to turn our leased vehicle back to the original dealership but they were going to require a $1200 payment to cover some minor maintenance issues with it. Isaiah suggested we take a look at trading it in with them. Glad we did - not only did we not have to pay the $1200, we got $225 in equity from them to apply to our new purchase! Exceptional headwork on that point!!! Thanks for the great experience. I will be bringing my other GMC here for maintenance. I purchased my Bonneville from Koons back in 2001 and now have almost 178,000 miles on my car. I plan to keep it a few more years. I have taken my car to Koons for service since my purchase. Kevin has always have almost 178,000 miles on my car. I plan to keep it a few more years. I have taken my car to Koons for service since my purchase. Kevin has always been honest with repairs, which ones I need to have done and which ones can wait and not be a safety risk. I enjoy being able to ask him questions and get honest answers. I know that some day I will have to give up my car and get another however for the time being I will continue to take it to Koons for service. More
