Jeff Miller is the best service manager I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my autos with over the years. However, I bought my GMC in Tyson's Corner from Dave Sawyer because the sales manager at at t the pleasure of servicing my autos with over the years. However, I bought my GMC in Tyson's Corner from Dave Sawyer because the sales manager at at the Manassas dealerhip was well below expectations, but came back to Koons Manassas for service because of Jeff. It would have been nice if Dave Sawyer was the sales manager at Manassas then I could have enjoyed both buying and have my GMC serviced at Manassas. The best of all worlds would be Dave Sawyer as the sales manager and Jeff Miller as the service manager. WOW. that would be a FANTASTIC combination! More

Patrick Bryant also was great to talk to after our test drive, helped us get a good deal on our trade-in and simplifed the financing for us. And Frank Seabolt made everything very easy on financing side and warranty, as well. The best experience I have had buying a car. The battery in the Buick LaCrosse was not operational. Jeff Miller, did a test of the old battery and explained that it needed to be replaced and would be covered under warranty. When I mentioned this fact to Patrick, he immediately directed me to get a new key cut from the nearest Toyota Dealership and bring him the invoice. I had already bought the car and Patrick didn't need to accommodate my request. However, he did so enthusiastically and this is the kind of person I want to deal with. He put me as the customer first and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. You can buy a car anywhere, but I recommend using these guys - they are honest and willing to go out of their way to help you. More

I found my husband's dream car online, it was located at another dealership, but through Charles and Patrick they were able to get the car to their location pretty quickly (within an hour). My husband is out of the country and I had to use a Power of Attorney to purchase the vehicle. Tim my finance guy helped me through the process and got my financing taken care of quickly (within less than 10 mins) and answered any questions I had. Charles was very knowledgable and I grew to absolutely trust him. He is very honest, straight-forward, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I will go back to Charles for my future vehicles. Patrick, the sales manager, helped me to understand the different pricing between dealerships, and he got me the best deal on my new Buick Regal GS, without him I don't think I would have gone through with the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and more than highly recommend Charles as your salesman, you won't be disappointed. By the way guys, if you get to read this, I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Koon's is the only dealership I allow to maintain my Pontiac.From the time I call to service because of the wonderful way they maintain my vehicle. Koon's is the only dealership I allow to maintain my Pontiac.From the time I call to make the appointment, drive into the servoice bay, to picking up my Solstice, everyone I deal with is friendly, and helpful. I have never had to return to Koon's because the maintenance was not performed properly the first time. I enthsiastically recommend Koon's. More
