It would have been nice if Dave Sawyer was the sales manager at Manassas then I could have enjoyed both buying and have my GMC serviced at Manassas. I found my husband's dream car online, it was located at another dealership, but through Charles and Patrick they were able to get the car to their location pretty quickly (within an hour). Charles was very knowledgable and I grew to absolutely trust him. He is very honest, straight-forward, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I will go back to Charles for my future vehicles.
