I brought the Montana in on a scheduled appointment to get the state inspection taken care of. Tyson met me in the service lane and in a very courteous and professional manner got me checked in. Overall - OK. I was looking forward to a car wash and because the temps were below freezing they could not do it. Very disappointing. We paid a lot of money for the lifetime service plan which includes because the temps were below freezing they could not do it. Very disappointing. The service tech and the service manager were very thorough in their explanation of the work required. The rear lift gate works fine to date. However, the check engine light came on a couple of days thorough in their explanation of the work required. The rear lift gate works fine to date. However, the check engine light came on a couple of days after service, went out a couple of days, and came back on. OnStar diagnostic advised it was indicating "fuel control system readings are not as expected". An issue I thought was addressed during the service. The check engine light, requiring a diagnostic, is an expense I have incurred three times in the last three months. Granted, only the last was at your dealership. I intend to wait a period before servicing my GMC again. More
