I gave Patrick and Charles an AWESOME review because they were wonderful to work with. I went to look at the 2013 Honda Pilot. They were so throrough in going over all of the features, so much so that I wa were wonderful to work with. I went to look at the 2013 Honda Pilot. I was evan able to go through the trade-in process and get a great deal with that, prior to husband being there! Everyone at the dealership show kindness and concern and make you feel like you are a valued customer. I checked the internet site one Saturday night and Sunday had an e-mail from Ahmed to thank me for checking the Koons on-line site and checking to make sure the car I had inquired about was the only one that had an e-mail from Ahmed to thank me for checking the Koons on-line site and checking to make sure the car I had inquired about was the only one that I wanted to check on. He also left a message on my answering machine on Sunday afternoon asking me to contact him and come by for a test drive if I wanted. He gave me the hours the dealership was open and told me if I had any questions to please give him a call. I was busy Sunday and Monday so on Tuesday I called to see if he was there and that was his day off. I visited the show room Tuesday evening and was introduced to Derek Rucker who became my sales consultant. He allowed me to test drive two different Buicks, a Verano and also a Lacrosse, since I was not sure which one I wanted to purchase. The test drive was enjoyable and he explained how everything worked inside the car. I ended up purchasing a Buick Lacrosse on Thursday evening and Derek and his Manager, Ed Dove were both informative and not pushy at all. Sheila Williams explained everything about the vehicle I was purchasing and offered me a choice of warranties if I wanted to choose them. Chad Cabrera was the Finance Manager that filled out all the paperwork required for my purchase. All were very helpful and informative. My overall experience with Koons Buick personnel was excellent. If any of my friends are interested in getting a new Buick, I will definitely tell them to check with Derek at Joyce Koons Buick in Manassas, VA. More

The car features were nicely explained. *I wanted to submit my comments but it cannot get through because I was required to check the brand of the car. There is no HONDA BRAND in the slot, but I had to check one so that I can submit my review. THE BUICK CHECKED IS NOT CORRECT! More
The whole buying process with Joyce Koons GMC was outstanding. They made the process as "painless" and "stess-free" as it could possibly go buying a car. The whole staff was well coordinated and I really felt that each member was supportive and attentive, especially when it came down to the hard questions and final financing of the vehicle. Edward made arrangements to have the car delivered to my house the following morning because I was not able to take two cars back with me. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! However, the reason why I gave the service department a "3" was because I purchased the LuxCare Product. I brought the vehicle in on a Saturday scheduled appointmet. I was told it would take about two hours to complete. The shuttle had just left, so the kids and I (along with some friends) waited for the shuttle to return. By the time we came back from lunch, we were told the car was almost ready, so there was no longer a need for the shuttle. After we left with the Buick Enclave, I later noticed the leather and the vinyl was not serviced as agreed upon in the purchase of the product (it was obvious). They only did the paint and the carpet. When I contacted Jeff, he made coordinations to have me return the vehicle later in the week to re-do the service and personally inspected it to ensure it was completely done. He provided a new car for me to drive overnight and I came back the next day to pick up the Buick. Huge difference!! Could definitely tell the whole car was serviced this time around. Jeff was absolutely helpful, kind, and supportive. I was just kind of left with a feeling when I drove away that Saturday that there was an integrity issue with the service department. Jeff kindly made up for that, but I'll still keep an eye out when I pay for a service, that I follow-up to ensure I really got what I paid for. I live in Woodbridge, so it was quite a drive to have to go out three times in one week for something that should've been done right the first time. Overall, I will still recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking at a great car-buying experience. And as I told Jeff, there will be plenty of opportunity in the future to continue to make their services a great experience, as my car will be returned for regularly scheduled maintenance. More
Jeff Miller, Koons GMC, Manassas, VA, has been taking care of my Suburban ever since I purchased it in 1997. They have done a superb job of maintaining my Suburban over the years and it now has over 250 care of my Suburban ever since I purchased it in 1997. This evaluation instrument leaves a lot to be desired and its designers should take a lesson from the Joyce Koons GMC Buick Team on Customer Friendly procedures and processes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, why can't the system retain the vehicle brand??????? It there are other errors to be corrected, one focuses on the indicated errors and should not be insulted by deleting the vehicle type and causing another error. This makes on to try a different brand from a different dealer and manufacturer. Not to mention not be willing to participate in future surveys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
