I went to Joyce Koons in Manassas to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic. This was my first car purchase and my second time going to a dealer. When I entered the establishment I was immediately welcomed with a smiling face and bright colorful surroundings. My salesman Antonio was an absolute joy to work with. He understood that I was nervous about my first car and took the time to explain everything to me for future car purchases. He was open to my opinions and always had my best interest in mind. I left that day with a new car and a new outlook on car ownership. I honestly believe that Joyce Koons will be my dealership of choice for a all future car purchases as long as I live in the DMV. I came to Joyce Koons after having a terrible experience with another dealership in trying to obtain the car I wanted at a good price. Gary Johnson and Patrick Bryant were friendly and responded quickly to with another dealership in trying to obtain the car I wanted at a good price. Gary Johnson and Patrick Bryant were friendly and responded quickly to all my inquiries. They were able to get the exact car I wanted delivered and available within three days. The process was fast and Patrick and Gary were also great about recommending other options for add ons to the car to save money, such as hitch installation. Tim Rowan in the finance office was wonderful. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
