Bought tow hitch and roof rails/ crossbars they were to install hitch I would install rails/ crossbars. Drove from NY, they did not include the wire harness for the hitch; it is not functional. Made me pay to ship back, would not sent correct part untill they got the wrong one back. Took forever. Doing hitch harness myself.
