They went out of their way to make me and my family comfortable and worked diligently to give me the best price possible. They even beat a really good deal from a competing dealer. They will truly go out of their way for your business and want more than just a sale, they want a relationship. This dealer also offers free service for the first couple of years, extends the power train warranty for the life of the vehicle, does free annual state inspections, and has shuttle and loaner car services. For the first time in my life, I was extremely satisfied with buying a new car. More

This was an end of the year, last minute Virginia safety and emission check. Tyson was able to schedule it in time and had no problem getting the car washed. Why was the car wash important? Well the condo garage floor was cleaned with leaf blowers. the salt sand mix used to deice the roads was blown all over the cars. With the rain that day, not recommended for the paint. More

I really appreciated the way they made me feel like I was the most important customer on the lot and the outstanding personal attention and customer service during every stage of the buying process. At the end of the day they beat the two other offers I was considering from other dealers by a considerable margin. I went to Koons GMC on Black Friday to look at leasing a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali. Nice car, expensive, top trim level, you would think I would get excellent service. Didn't happen. I called before going in to see if we would be in the same ballpark for what I was looking for, and the sales person ran some base numbers and said yes. Of course. But when I got to the dealership a few hours later, I had to work with a different sales person because the original was leaving for the day. This was the first problem. After seeing the other ales person a couple times after beginning the process, I wished I could have changed. Either way, after some searching, the sales person found the right car. I didn't end up getting exactly what I wanted but it was close and it was really nice. I was excited about it. I was also happy about me amount I was putting down and the fact that I was getting good discounts and a costco gift card for $500 (costco member deal). Just before signing all the paperwork though, I was told that since I was getting Gm Black Friday discounts! I no longer qualified for the costco card. I told them ok, I want the all weather floor mats instead since you told me I was getting it before. I got one row. (Side note, after seeing these mats, I wouldn't pay the $70 per row for them). Everything was ok at this point still. So it was already late. Y now and it finally got to go through the details in the car. Well I found some issues. Spot in the carpet, mark on the sunroof, broken antenna, warped plastic piece around front of passenger seat. So I told the sales person about it, he said he would take care of it. Well I ended up having to track the sales person down 3 times after the sale. Calling his managers twice to get a hold of him. I had to visit service twice to get the seat piece fixed, which I'm still not satisfied with, and I had to do all the leg work to arrange everything getting done and find the right people. The sales person kept telling me the seat issue was a service problem (no, I just bought the xxxx car from YOU and you were going to take care of it). He also told me I could just wipe off e sunroof marks. Ok, I just paid you a ton of money for a new high end car, and I need to clean it? I don't think so. At the end of the day, everything was done, except the seat cover still isn't to my satisfaction. At this point though, I'm done dealing with the people at this dealership. I might go back and look at another similar car to see if it looks the same a or not, but we will see. Pretty disappointed though int he sales team and their communication throughout the dealership. Most helpful person was the parts guy at the attached honda dealership. He found my parts and got what I needed. Why the sales person couldn't talk to that person to find the parts is beyond me. All in all, it took 20 days between when I bought the car to when everything was "done". Not thrilled and would not recommend. I'm us there is a better GMC dealership not too far. Go elsewhere. Hopefully they will have their stuff together. More

I recently got my 2010 CAMARO serviced for engine oil leak at Joyce Koons Buick GMC - Service Center where I bought my car last year. what a very friendly staff. exceptional service, I can't be any happi leak at Joyce Koons Buick GMC - Service Center where I bought my car last year. what a very friendly staff. exceptional service, I can't be any happier than this. they not only fixed my car but cleaned the oil leak underneath the engine, washed my car and also gave me a car to use until my car gets fixed.
