Let me add my comment to others I’m sure you have received -- Your waiting area is substandard. Shoving two dealerships into one area is a bad solution. The area is too small and the setup is dismal. This is the third time I’ve brought my 2014 Sierra to Koons for service. When I got my truck, I was handed an advantage card that says the is a free car wash with any paid service. I asked at the time if this included the 2 Year maintenance plan and warranty visits. I was assured it did. On all three occasions, no one washed my truck. The first time I bought my truck in for work, you kept it all day. There was no loaner car available. I missed a day of work because of this. Yet, the same Advantage card says there will be a loaner car. Regards; More

I am very impressed with the customer service of Joyce Koons of Manassas. Recently I purchase a new vehicle and the salesman, Josh Serrano, was very helpful. We looked at the Buick Enclave and the Honda Koons of Manassas. Recently I purchase a new vehicle and the salesman, Josh Serrano, was very helpful. We looked at the Buick Enclave and the Honda Pilot. Josh was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and provided us excellent customer service. He was very patient in dealing with us and answering all of our questions when we were comparing all options while we were managing our 2 kids throughout the process. Also, I have used GMC service at this dealership for the past 3 years and Kevin Hall has been great. He is very knowledgeable and helpful during the maintenance of our previous vehicle.
