All staff was very friendly and accomodating. They worked with me until we could come up with exactly what I wanted. I was shown how to use all aspects of the vehical before I drove it off the lot an worked with me until we could come up with exactly what I wanted. I was shown how to use all aspects of the vehical before I drove it off the lot and have had follow up from them as well. This is the second vehical I have gotten from Koons and it has been a very positive buying experience. More
I received a complimentary oil change for my 2008 Buick lacrosse in the mail. The GM service is tempoarily closed due to renovations. Even though they were extremely busy with customers due to the renovations Tyson managed to have my Buick serviced quickly. More
After shopping at five other car dealerships I was frustrated. I went to Koons because I recalled that I was assisted by Gary Johnson 12 years ago. Obviously he left a great impression. I met Derek Rucker on the lot and he offered to help. I agreed because I thought Gary no longer worked there. Derek was very friendly and when I mentioned Gary helped me years ago he immediately informed me that Gary still worked there. Everybody I encountered was pleasant to work with? It was a great shopping experience. I got the car I wanted at the price my husband was willing to pay...Thanks to everybody. More
Had made an appointment with Jay and scheduled to do 2 recalls and regular service for oil change, rotation of tires, etc. Brought in car and dealt with Jeff. As always, service and conversation was very recalls and regular service for oil change, rotation of tires, etc. Brought in car and dealt with Jeff. As always, service and conversation was very professional. No time wasted and work was done in one day. The best thing was that they gave me a loaner to use that day, so I was able to do my regular schedule appointments with my customers without losing a day because of no vehicle. Top notch service team. More
I had the best experience at a car dealership than I ever had in the past. Everybody worked together to make sure that I was satisfied w/ the vehicle I purchased. I brought the car in for safety inspection. They found that one of the windows was not operating properly so they rejected the car. They had to order the replacement part twice before installing it - pro that one of the windows was not operating properly so they rejected the car. I had to make the contact to see if part had arrived as was told when they expected it in - took 2 contacts before found out part was in. More
Idiots. They damaged my brand new CRV on the first service itself. Prior giving to service they(with me) checked my car which was in very good condition. After the service I took the car home(haven't service itself. Prior giving to service they(with me) checked my car which was in very good condition. After the service I took the car home(haven't checked upon delivery trusting them) and noticed huge scratches and dents on the car. Next day I went to them and requested a copy of the video of the service performed on the car, they declined it saying they haven't done anything. I a 100 sure they damaged the car and still they are declining to give details. Hate them idiots More
This was by far the most enjoyable buying experience I've ever had. Employees were friendly, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to seal the deal.
