Emissions inspection/oil change The engine light was on - had been in previously and the service tech didn't think it was a huge problem, but it would not pass emissions this month. The engine light was on - had been in previously and the service tech didn't think it was a huge problem, but it would not pass emissions this month. They replaced parts in catalytic converter but it still took putting miles on the car before it would pass emissions inspection. Jeff Miller offered me another Lacrosse to drive while my car was there for two extended appointments, and was good about explaining the problem and the solution. Jeff is #1 in my book. More

Steve Hughes was especially helpful in helping me select my new truck. When the truck I selected was not available, he found another truck that I liked even more (the "new" truck was a model higher than the one originally selected). Steve worked with me and his management to make me an outstanding deal on the Denali diesel truck. Steve was also helped and flexible when I discovered that you can't tow with the new truck until you've put 500 miles on the vehicle. Steve was flexible on the new truck delivery date so I could use my old truck to tow my race car to an event. I would recommend Steve Hughes and Koons GMC with reservation. More

We needed the annual safety inspection for our 2006 Buick. Made an appointment on line with Tyson as service advisor, with the option to wait for the work to be performed.
