Excellent Service Department I have a 2013 Yukon Denali, and while I did not purchase it from this dealership I did purchase it from Koon’s in Tyson. I live in Haymarket and was I have a 2013 Yukon Denali, and while I did not purchase it from this dealership I did purchase it from Koon’s in Tyson. I live in Haymarket and was out running some errands and noticed that I had a wheel cover, so I stopped in to see if they had any. The parts person directed me to go and see the service manager who informed me that the part was covered under the warranty. He was very friendly and even offered to put the part on to which I declined. My overall experience was great! I plan to bring my vehicle here for services instead of driving it to Koon’s of Tyson. More

I had some questions and concerns after the purchased and Charles promptly took care of them. I am really happy with my experience. I will not consider another dealership for purchase of our next car. The only down part is the finance department (Although I did not used their finance service because paid cash) they are not the friendly people to work with. More

I was received on time, with warmth, friendliness, and of course that special smile I have nothing but the highest praise for my Service Advisor, Kevin Hall. He always makes sure I get what I ask for, and understand all that was done with my vehicle. I never feel as if I am just a little old lady customer who has to be hurried out of the center. Instead, Kevin Hall treats me with respect, and a certain type of care that is rare in these days. This has been true of Kevin's treatment of me from the first time he became my Service Manager.
