Dropped SUV off for oil change & tire rotation and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally went to the counter after a few hours & apparently it was ready & they didn't tell me. These guys give Dealerships a “Good Name”. I bought my used car from them two years ago. They gave me a more than fair trade in on my car and a fair price for my new vehicle. Since then, they have done all necessary service on my vehicle at a fair price (when the warranty did not cover the repair). Bought tow hitch and roof rails/ crossbars they were to install hitch I would install rails/ crossbars. Drove from NY, they did not include the wire harness for the hitch; it is not functional. Made me pay to ship back, would not sent correct part untill they got the wrong one back. Took forever. Doing hitch harness myself.
