Excellent Service experience I own a 2013 GMC Terrain. I took my vehicle in for normal scheduled maintenance. My visit was quick and the service was excellent. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Joyce Koons in Manassas and on both occasions I had a pleasant buying experience. The Service Department advisors have been pleasant and had the sense that customer satisfaction was the motto. Many organizations talk about it by few often mean it or put it into practice. Such is not the case at Joyce Koons in Manassas. I want to especially acknowledge Jay Tippett who was my Service Advisor for years before becoming General Service Manager and my current Service Advisor, Jeff Miller. What I can tell is that both gentlemen are of good character. Good Character makes Trust possible. Once in the showroom purchasing the car, the entire staff worked collaboratively to make us feel appreciated. I got a GREAT deal friom the GM, the finance manager was welcoming and kind and Steve continued to go out of his way to make us feel special. He covered everything with my daughter on the new car and it was a fast painless process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Great Car Buying Experience! I purchased a 2013 Buick Encore. I have to give Wilmer Mejia a lot of credit because he suggested a used vehicle, which was not in my original plan. I purchased a 2013 Buick Encore. I have to give Wilmer Mejia a lot of credit because he suggested a used vehicle, which was not in my original plan. However, it ended up having everything I've wanted in an Encore and being pre-owned, got me to the price point I wanted. My salesperson, Leny Gorine, was totally straightforward with me and didn't do anything sleazy to get me to buy the car. His supervisor, Jay Scaramozzino, was also fantastic and didn't get into a haggling war with me. From soup to nuts, a great experience. I've been wanting to buy an Encore for about a year now, and from Koons, too, since I love the service department (Kevin is always awesome). The whole team did a great job and I felt like I got a great deal. I love my car! It's the perfect vehicle for me, right down to the color. :) More
