A pleasant and straight forward buying experience. No pressure and efficient process. Sales and finance were both easy going, professional and completely up front with regards to pricing and financing. I pressure and efficient process. Looking for a particular car during a car shortage is not fun so when I happened upon Joyce Koons, I was extremely surprised to find my perfect car. I was looking for a honda civic hatchback which they happ fun so when I happened upon Joyce Koons, I was extremely surprised to find my perfect car. I was looking for a honda civic hatchback which they happened to have 5 of. My salesman, James Ward was the best salesman I've ever had. Not only informative and very helpful but he was actually so nice and fun to test drive the cars. I wanted a sunroof added so I was unable to take the car home that night. James stayed in touch with me every step of the way to let me know the status. He is so energetic and patient with all of my questions and concerns. James made this whole car shopping experience a pleasure. I also dealt with Quay in financing and he was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I will definitely recommend Joyce Koons Honda to everyone and tell them to ask for James. More
Deceitful and dishonest. My daughter had a diagnostic test done at a local repair shop. The test showed that the catalytic converter was bad. The shop owner - an honest guy - told her he’d have to charge test done at a local repair shop. The test showed that the catalytic converter was bad. The shop owner - an honest guy - told her he’d have to charge her $1,800 to do the work but that a GM dealer could do it under warranty (both her GM warranty and a federal emissions warranty). She brought it to Koons and explained the situation. They told her that in order for the work to be covered under warranty they had to do a diagnostic test. They did the test, charged her $160, told her what she already knew (the cat converter was bad) and THEN said it wasn’t covered by any warranty! They wanted to charge her another $2k! We later found another local GM dealer that said the work IS covered by warranty. This was our first and LAST dealing with Koons…for service or sales. More
