Made 0 accommodations after abandoning purchase price agreement (on printed purchase agreement). Very poor communication across dealership; escalation was slow and management aloof. Management agreed situation was mishandled and promised to offer concessions, however never called me back and stopped answering calls. Avoid this dealership. More
