Made an appointment for the early afternoon hoping to get it done during the day. I diagnosed the problem to be somewhere in the cooling system. This surprised me since my V6 Canyon is a pretty common vehicle. They called me about half way through the next day and said there was a delay on getting the parts. They don't have a loner vehicle and they indicated the shuttle service closes as 4:00 pm , but assured me the vehicle would be done that day since they don't close until 7:00 pm. The work was good. I was just not happy with the delays and the shuttle service. Why bother to make an appointment. Just drop the vehicle and wait until they tell you it is done. More

Run, do not walk to your nearest exit from this place! I was sold a beautiful but disappointing lemon of a car. Not even one day after I bought the car, it was back for servicing. Picked up the car from the service department and guess what, it was right back in. At this point, the dealership had it longer that I did. Went to speak with the GM V and let know I am upset that this car is in such poor shape internally. He was condescending and threw his hands up in the air and said “well, I can’t take it back and I can’t keep fixing it”. We have purchased 10 cars from this dealership. Unfortunately, this will be the last. More

Salesman Sahid was awesome, delivered the truck with an hour and 45 minute ride. Financial guy Fernando did a fantastic job getting me a low interst loan and a payment much less than I expected .
