I had work done at this dealership and thought it was OK until I called around and found out they ripped me off!!!! I recently called for spark plugs and wire change and they quoted me $980 which is $300 mo until I called around and found out they ripped me off!!!! This is not the Dealer I purchased the vehicle from however I have been taking it there now for about a year or so. They have always provided excellent service and been able to help me out. I believe the cost to value they provide is above average and their concierge service is exceptional. That has really gotten me out of a bind in the past. Don't confuse the Joyce Koons brand with the other Koons dealerships in Northern VA. They do not operate the same and I was very disappointed with the other ones. Joyce Koons dealerships was a much better customer service experience and I believe its the culture they develop. More
