We had a wonderful experience with Koons of Manassas. Our car was picked up to fix a safety recall issue. The driver brought us a loaner car and drove ours to the dealership for the repair. However, due to an error, we were billed for mileage on the loaner vehicle when it had actually never left our driveway until the driver came to pick it up the next day. I contacted Amy Wegner at the dealership who immediately looked into the issue and verified that we had not driven the vehicle. She had the charge reversed and we are very thankful for her help. Great job Amy!! More
