Horrible experience 2 hours & 50 minutes for an oil change. When I went to see what was taking so long I was told my car was outside. This time I mostly shopped by "internet". After corresponding with several dealerships I found Koon's Buick GMC to be the most forthcoming and honest. As a result I made the deal by phone and traveled over 300 miles from North Carolina to make my purchase. Were there other dealers closer to me? Obviously, but it was the honest dealings of Koon;s that made me decide to go to them. Yes, I'd recommend them and will come back on my next purchase as well. More
