Lack of attention to detail, overstating needed repairs Been utilizing Koons service for over 4 years, but the service has been going down hill and this will be my last time having my vehicle serviced by th Been utilizing Koons service for over 4 years, but the service has been going down hill and this will be my last time having my vehicle serviced by them. The "multi-point" inspection is a pencil drill. They marked my headlights as GREEN, even though I TOLD them my headlight was out and needed replacing. I asked them to change out the bulb, but they chose NOT to for lack of parts ( I stopped at Autozone on the way home, bought the part and fixed my own light bulb). Lastly, they showed me an issue with my vehicle that cost $2000 and wanted to me to schedule a time for the repair. Because of the Multi-point inspection I was already suspicious and chose not to use their services. I had the vehicle inspected by another mechanic and I'll just say I'm happy with the choice I made. I will not use their services again because I do not trust that they pay attention to details, nor are honest about what my vehicle needs. More

I bought a Toyota camry from this dealer couple of days ago. First of all the wait time was horrible. Second, when I bought the car at the same day I realized that the car has transmission problem and I tr ago. First of all the wait time was horrible. Second, when I bought the car at the same day I realized that the car has transmission problem and I tried to contact the dealer, manager, and my sales person but they are 0% responsive they don’t respond at all. I have a very bad schedule I can’t drive and go to the dealer and spend my 2-3 hours. I was trying to solve my problem by talking with sales manager, I left him voice mail like 5 times but he never returned my call. My sales manager name was V I guess. Then I tried to contact again my sales person Mr. Antonio he told me that Mr. V will call me to discuss the issue, and it’s been one week but he never called me back. More
