He left a sour taste in my mouth after everything was over. I went in not wanting the extra warranty and benefits they offer because my car had 10k miles on it. After an hour, I gave in because I felt pressured and he wouldn't stop asking. He then was able to magically lower my APR from 4.74% to 3.74%. However, the next day I decided I didn't want the warranty and drove down to resign and drop it. He would not meet with me and just gave the papers to a salesman. He also upped my interest rate back to where it was before I got the warranty. Great dealership, but avoid Mr. Carter if possible. More
