After one visit to the service department of this dealership, I knew I would never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. The same team of technicians service my vehicle each time I visit so they are familiar with my vehicle and its service history. In addition, the prices are great. For example, they replaced all 4 tires on my vehicle for less than I would have paid for the same 4 tires at stores that specialize in tires. I've also had to have service performed under my extended warranty and the Koons team made this a seamless and painless process for me. I live more than 40 miles from this dealership, but I am not willing to have my vehicle serviced anywhere else! More

I have been using the services of Koons Buick for over 5 years. I have never had a complaint. They have done significant repairs to keep my vehicle functional and safe. The staff from service to receiption have been very friendly. My recent experience entailed bring my car late one night at closing time. They opened the garage door to keep my car inside overnight. Usually I pre-schedule, but was unable to. They performed the basic oil change, but also fixed my tail lights which were out, and fixed by tire light and check my tire pressure. I am embarrased to say that I recently dented my bumber and they referred me to Koon Autobody which I hope to pursue at a later date. I have shared how going directly to a dealer is the best option and friends in my neighborhood finally follow my logic after I share my experience vs their poor service and results from general repair shops. Same as for Honda. Only repairs that are necessisary are performed. The Service personnel really try to hold down the repair costs. I just moved into the NoVA area and needed a 100K mile service on my Olds. I talked to a few friends and the recommended Koons of Manassas. As luck would have it a direct mail coupon showed up at my hou service on my Olds. I talked to a few friends and the recommended Koons of Manassas. As luck would have it a direct mail coupon showed up at my house the next day. I decided to take a chance with them. I arranged to drop my vehicle off the night before and give them the next day to work on it. Colin was my service adviser and he called the next day to update me on the progress and to tell me about a couple other services they recommended based on inspecting my van. We discussed a couple options and even when I declined some I was never pressured or made to feel that it was a bad decision. Everything was based on the facts and not emotions. The service was completed expertly and my van was ready that day. The final price was just under the estimate - which is always nice. I was very satisfied and look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership. More
