I just moved into the NoVA area and needed a 100K mile service on my Olds. I talked to a few friends and the recommended Koons of Manassas. I arranged to drop my vehicle off the night before and give them the next day to work on it. Colin was my service adviser and he called the next day to update me on the progress and to tell me about a couple other services they recommended based on inspecting my van. We discussed a couple options and even when I declined some I was never pressured or made to feel that it was a bad decision. Everything was based on the facts and not emotions. The service was completed expertly and my van was ready that day. The final price was just under the estimate - which is always nice. I was very satisfied and look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership. More
