After one visit to the service department of this dealership, I knew I would never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. The same team of technicians service my vehicle each time I visit so they are familiar with my vehicle and its service history. In addition, the prices are great. For example, they replaced all 4 tires on my vehicle for less than I would have paid for the same 4 tires at stores that specialize in tires. I've also had to have service performed under my extended warranty and the Koons team made this a seamless and painless process for me. I live more than 40 miles from this dealership, but I am not willing to have my vehicle serviced anywhere else! More

The staff from service to receiption have been very friendly. My recent experience entailed bring my car late one night at closing time. They opened the garage door to keep my car inside overnight. Usually I pre-schedule, but was unable to. They performed the basic oil change, but also fixed my tail lights which were out, and fixed by tire light and check my tire pressure. I am embarrased to say that I recently dented my bumber and they referred me to Koon Autobody which I hope to pursue at a later date. I have shared how going directly to a dealer is the best option and friends in my neighborhood finally follow my logic after I share my experience vs their poor service and results from general repair shops.
