Kevin is always a delight to work with, he always makes sure that my vehicle is checked and serviced. I never have any doubts that all service required will be done quickly and correctly. had many items serviced on my GMC. charged for tire rotation which includes tire pressure check. when I received my car back all tires are at different levels (from 31 to 38 psi)and computer was not r rotation which includes tire pressure check. when I received my car back all tires are at different levels (from 31 to 38 psi)and computer was not reset with tires being rotated. now my tire location/pressure for that location read wrong on the infomation panel. When I called with my concern I mentione that it was more convenient for me to bring my car in on a Monday or Wednesday. They immediately were able to get me on the next Monday. I arrived to drop the car.I was met by the service person who was very polite. The dealer arranged for a shuttle service for me and I was able to get home and back to work in in timely manner. I was called during the time they had my car to let me know what the problem was and what they would be doing to fix it and that the work required was still under warranty. When the service was completed on my car. I received a call from the employee who informed me that the work was complete. I called the shuttle service to pick me up and bring me to my car the gentleman was polite on the phone and throughout the time I was in the car. Upon entering the cashier office I was met by a young lady who was very friendly and polite. She provided me my service receipt and offered me a complementary car wash. I thought that was very nice. The young man that brought my car to me was polite and conscientious of my vehicle. I have to say that over all I had a great experience during this visit and have had a good experience at most of my visits for service on my vehicle. I feel relaxed when i have to have my vehicle serviced at the Joyce Koons, because I know that they are thorough in the work they do, and they always handle you as if you are priority. That is very important to me when I am paying for service. I had two visits to the Joyce Koons within 2 weeks and both times I received excellent service. Once was a no charge and the other I just had an oil change tire rotation and some work under warranty. I was only paying of the oil change and tire rotation, but the service and atttention I received was as if I was spending alot of money. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family for either sale or service. More
I had a great experience at Koons and one of the biggest reasons why was the fact that Steve Hughes didn't pressure me in any way. I didn't hear any stupid lines like " what do I have to do to get you in this vehicle", I hate that stuff. I highly reccomend Koons GMC Buick in Manassas. I am excited to use Koons for all of my service work on my new pickup and my Acadia. More

They were a really easy group to talk to. I purchased my new Acadia at a different dealership on the other side of the county so using this service center is more convenient. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I didn't purchase t the other side of the county so using this service center is more convenient. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I didn't purchase there but they treated me like royalty!! They were so nice, so organized, quick but thorough and really made my visit nice. They spent plenty of time trouble shooting my concerns and found a minor issue that I was shocked they had the parts to fix ASAP! Their waiting area is nice with wireless internet and a computer work room for more privacy. I will only use them in the future for my new GMC Acadia! More
Kevin Hall is fantastic. You have no idea how comforting it as, as a single woman, to be treated with respect when it comes to automotive repairs. Most places I've dealt with in the past treat w comforting it as, as a single woman, to be treated with respect when it comes to automotive repairs. Most places I've dealt with in the past treat women as 'air heads' in the least and as talking 'nonsense' at the most when we try to explain the problem with the car. I have never felt like that with Mr. Hall. He is always respectful, asks intelligent questions and always explains, in details, what was wrong with the car and what they did to fix it. He is always warning me about repairs or service coming due on the car and even spotted a potenial driving hazard when he discovered a broken engine mount on my car recently. What a pleasure it is to work with Koons/Mr. Hall. I won't be going to any other shops from now on. Koons gets all my business and I'll be buying my next Buick from there too! More
