I Had the oil changed. They did what they were supposed to but it took an hour. This seems a little to long to have the oil changed. I have taken my bonneville to Koons for service since I purchased it there. The service department has always taken good care of my car and me. The water pump on my Buick Enclave leaked. Fortunately for me I was in the Costco parking lot in Sterling, VA and not on Route 7 in the middle of traffic. On Star was very prompt in getting me towed to Koons in Manassas. Jeff Miller was waiting for me when I arrived. I was given a car to get back home. My car was fixed the next day in time for me to leave the following day for Lake Gaston, NC for the 4th of July weekend. I have ALWAYS received excellent service at Koons of Manassas. Jeff Miller has been our service advisor for many years and he has always provided great service, sometimes on very short notice. This time it was a leaky rear brake caliper and he had the job done and ot and he has always provided great service, sometimes on very short notice. Have had both repair and new car sales recently with K-Manass. This is the prime reason we returned to K-Manass for the new car purchase. Re the new car purchase: worked with Gary and Steve (salespersons), principally Gary; he was courteous throughout thr whole experience. Sale approval was through Patrick. My only issue with the "selling" process was it's length, and the constant back-and-forth between Gary and Pat. Someone asked me at when the purchase was complete that I didn't look very excited; I was exhausted, didn't really appreciate the purchase until I had left the showroom. Misty was courteous, and was 'light' on the pressure for the protective coatings sales etc. The FO was not heavy-handed, but was clearly pressuring to have me purchase the additional warranty provisions--this was in between all the reams of paperwork. Jeff Miller is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, honest and caring service manager I have ever experineced in my 55+ yers of auto driving.
