I had a terrible service and response. I bought my car in and was told they will respond in 48 hours. Then I had to follow up twice and the person I spoke to was multi taking and wasn't I bought my car in and was told they will respond in 48 hours. Great service by my service Rep. He is always courteous and professional. This last time he went above and beyond to accommodate me.
