Only reason for not 5 stars; I asked for the washer fluid NOT to be touched since it froze over. The rep that took my truck in noted this. When I got the truck back, not only was the oil life not reset, but NOT to be touched since it froze over. The rep that took my truck in noted this. Susan, the service receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was excellent and very nice! The service advisor who checked me in was courteous and professional. Was there 3 times, for multiple days, and told work was done that was clearly not. they told me different info than on the paper work. I was sent to Greco on rt 46. Greco said Joyce should have called and done that was clearly not. they told me different info than on the paper work. I was sent to Greco on rt 46. Greco said Joyce should have called and set the appointment up. All the employees there are really nice at both locations and I wasn’t charged, but definitely wasted my time. And took a month to actually fix the issue (Greco fixed it in less than a day) More
