I would actually make the rating a final score of 4. 5. My only concern is that all there a lot of people there that know what they're doing but their are still a few people there that don't know what th 5. What I mean by "don't know what they're doing" I mean that they don't explain correctly and clearly what the problem is or how it's going to be solved, etc. But when I talk to a supervisor and manager, I get all the Answers that I need in a very professional manner. My only other dissatisfaction is that it takes way too long to get certain parts and it seems like half the time parts are around a one or two week back order or more. More
