I was at the Honda dealership and the parts manager who was very helpful recommended I speak to the service manager. I asked the receptionist if I could speak with Kelvin and I was told he was not availabl was very helpful recommended I speak to the service manager. I asked the receptionist if I could speak with Kelvin and I was told he was not available. I asked the receptionist if he could ask Kelvin how long before he would be available because I was on my lunch break. After speaking with Kelvin the receptionist told me he wasn’t available and couldn’t tell me when he would be available. He took my contact information and said he would give it to Kelvin and ask him to call me back. It’s been more than 2 days and no calls from Kelvin. He must be really important and really busy. More
