Disappointed that my battery, under warranty at Joyce, was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I refused the work, took to my local mechanic, who said battery wa was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I normally don’t have a problem with this service dealership. Last time I did however. The person who was the service help didn’t tell me anything that was good or wrong with the car. Dealership assessed car in Sept and told me I needed Brake pads. When I brought it in for that service they recommended an additional $1500 plus of service items to what I needed done. Too expensive for an oil change…. .and I always get coupons after the oil change. Also bought multi-oil change package on Groupon and wouldn’t let me use it on non Honda vehicles.
