Car repair timing badly managed Had my car towed to Joyce early Sunday 6/23 w/brake nonfunctional-was told parts unavailable till Monday-called Monday around noon to check on progres Had my car towed to Joyce early Sunday 6/23 w/brake nonfunctional-was told parts unavailable till Monday-called Monday around noon to check on progress-was told it would take another overnight-rented a car to cover my am cases on Tues 6/25. After getting rental, I received call that the car was ready at 6pm Monday night. I made my complaint known to Manager at Joyce with my rental bill of ~$58.00. He said it would be covered and that I would receive that check. I have been a customer of Joyce for the past 4yrs with my Toyota 2008 but never had a bad outcome till today. Would very much like to continue this relationship-please forward the check. Thanks, Jeanine Cottrell More

Initially Dismissed by Tech My last two visits have been a bit negative. The first time- two customers who arrived after me were greeted and handled first. I later found out that My last two visits have been a bit negative. The first time- two customers who arrived after me were greeted and handled first. I later found out that it is the manager. My most recent visit was a follow up after two major cost repairs and a minor one. I had spent 1500 on wear and tear, another 1500 on body work, and then came in for an oil change. Somehow, my lug nuts were falling off. As I tried to describe this to the young man, he cut me off three times and told me to wait at the counter for him. I became agitated and to my friend on the phone who was shocked at the response I received, said, “you know how it goes... women don’t know anything about cars- they don’t need to be heard”. The tech apologized to me and I did not pay for my two replaced lug nuts as well as the other 22 being tightened, I did wait for nearly two hours for that very minor service. The gentleman did apologize again and he was kind but training should focus on hearing your clients no matter how much the tech knows about cars and how little the client knows. My family members own 5 Honda vehicles, 4 of them purchased at Joyce, one purchased before we discovered Joyce. ALL 5 are serviced at Joyce- four of them brought in by me personally consistently. Please note that I have NEVER had a bad experience prior to these last two and I anticipate excellent service moving forward. More
