First in last out I showed up at 7:25am on Thursday and was the 10th car in line. Your guys do not service the cars based on who was first. I watched as cars that came behind me were serviced before me. That's bad practice. Someone needs to keep track of which cars pulled in first to the garage and ensure they get pulled into service before cars behind them. When you are short on time and take your car in the early morning, you should be assured you are serviced in order. I don't expect anything more or less than what I pay for. More

Needed a New Battery I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. I was able to get it jumped and took it back to the dealer after work for a new battery. The service took about two hours and I had to cancel an activity I had planned for that evening. If I had been told about the problem the week before I would have had the battery replaced then saving me the time and hassle. More

I had originally purchased my new car from another Honda Dealership (independently owned). The previous dealership’s professionalism made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with my purchase. Joyce Honda apologized on behalf of that dealership without being asked to do so. Efren made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car. I feel comfortable using their service department in the future. Poor Service Experience I needed an oil change and went as far as to create an appt online so that I could accomplish this at a time convenient for me. When I showed up I was told to wait for a service adviser to check me in. After 15 minutes I asked a man who was moving cars and he told me he was sorry but they were overwhelmed with people trying to get their vehicle serviced. I explained I had an appt and he said "what would you like me to do with these others who have brought their car in" I suggested they get appts like I did. Well another 15 minutes go by and still no adviser. I found the person who originally told me to wait for an adviser. I explained I had an appt and he told me that it does not matter, they do not honor appts, instead it is first come first served. I then questioned why have an online appt schedule? He said they only have it because Honda insists, however you can not actually make an appt for service at Joyce. I told him I was going to leave and he asked me to give him a moment. He came back with an adviser and they completed the oil change within 45 minutes. Seems to me if you want to use their service dept, you better leave the car or show up as soon as they open, and potentially have some advisers who can get you car into the que. More
