My car had new brakes installed in Jan 2024. It squeaks a lot on left especially when turning left and when just starting the car for driveway about 7 miles and then noise lessens. I thought the squej would go away. So brought in car 2x more. Still some squeak on right side but not as loud. I make appt. Ernie hears my concerns and addresses them. I like the quiet waiting room. Fresh coffee would be nice, w milk , skim milk , sugar or stevia. Thx More

Bought my car 8/2/24 and signed papers and picked up (wrong) car on 8/5/24 and things still have not been completed. My old car loan, which was suppose to be taken care of by Joyce Honda, still not paid (wrong) car on 8/5/24 and things still have not been completed. I was kept waiting when I picked up the car when is was suppose to be ready at noon. Then the 2nd key wouldn’t open the car, we called Honda and our sales person on Thursday, no one called us back. On Sat. My husband brought the car in and he figured out we were given the wrong car. Again a long wait to get right car. Then no one called to tell us our plates were in. (The expiration date was 9/3 so we called on 8/30 and we were leaving for vacation 9/7 and didn’t want to go out of state with expired tags.) we were told “oh, yes they are here”. Really, no call. Again. Now I am getting emails saying my car payment is late, for the car I no longer have and I keep getting told Honda sent the check. This whole process has been a nightmare! More

This was the first time I used Joyce Honda for service. My van was modified by BraunAbility and has less than 5" ground clearance. It has been modified for accessibility for a full size motorized wheelchair that I use to transport my wife. I spoke with Kelly who assured me that Joyce Honda had serviced this type of vans. She did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the progress of work on my van and the care they took to address the low clearance. I offered her a tip to show my appreciation on the quality of service I had received that day. She refused the tip and stated that my satisfaction was all that mattered. Also, the driver who took me home in the morning was very nice as well as the young lady who picked me up latter that day. Both drove with great care. Finally the cost of my service was very reasonable. Im relatively new to this are and have been to other Honda dealers in New York. Joyce Honda is the best dealership I have used for service.
