I tried to schedule an appointment to address a recall - qi was told they were scheduling four months out - I scheduled for February 10th - done directly on the phone - yet was told I HAD NO APPOINTMENT. Nice job Joyce Honda kudos to Joyce Honda for acting quickly to rectify the issue - it's Manager Eric Matos called directly - he SAW the appointment - now we reschedule and rectify all of the concerns with the vehicle.
