Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times to fix a door panel rattle in which they damaged my door panel and then they tried to cover Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times to fix a door panel rattle in which they damaged my door panel and then they tried to cover it up. the new service manger is incompetent, along with his technicians and just made excuses and even admitted they had an unqualified tech working on it. This is his first time trying to be service manager. Have had electrical issues and GM had to tell them what to fix and even had to order the part for them since they couldn't handle that. They told me my steering issue was air in the fluid which is impossible since its electronic steering there is no fluid. Their service advisors know nothing about cars. The general manger wont call you back neither will Kevin Joyce the owner. I wouldn't recommend buying a car there or even let them wash ur car. There are much better GMC dealers in this area with qualified people to service ur car or sell you one. More

Sales rep totally took advantage of my situation and the fact that I was a single mom. Every noise or problem I had checked out I wsa told nothing they could do. So, yesterday I took my Giant Mechanical Calamity and traded it in. How I got $11000 for this piece of crap is beyond me but I owed $16,202. Totally got hosed by this dealership. I would never ever go there or recommend. Plus I asked if I could exercise my 3 day/150 mile return after one day of knowing I made a huge mistake and they told me.. wait for it... nothing they could do. Best part was part needed couldnt be ordered due to strike. never again. More

I feel that the service that Joyce offers at this time is excellent and I would happily recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
