James put our the car on hold until we arrived and was very efficient and accommodating to our situation. The whole transaction could not have gone smoother. We are very pleased with the Equinox it was very well detailed on the interior as well as under the hood. It was hard to believe the car was 5 years old. We were so please to get all the service information and the CarFax report. We made our first 10 hour journey and the vehicle drove very smooth and was very comfortable. After doing research on the internet the price for the value of the car could not be beat, we were very fortunate that no one else discovered this gem of a car. Lastly, the fellow who handle our final financial transaction was very friendly and gave us his business card (unfortunately, I do not have it with me to record his name) he too like all the rest made us feel that he would be there in the future if we had any issues down the road.
