Very poor. Has an appoint for oil change. Was on time. Was told about an hour. Waited nearly 2 and a half hours before car was done. Then there was a 27 point i Has an appoint for oil change. Was on time. Was told about an hour. Waited nearly 2 and a half hours before car was done. Then there was a 27 point inspection done. I did not receive the results until I got a text. Any repair needed was marked declined. They never even showed me the inspection yet Let LIED that I DECLINED service. With this poor service and deception about the 27 point inspection, I won't be back nor will I recommend your dealership. More

Everyone is very nice, my only issue is that the last 2 times I had an oil change with an appointment I still waited a very long time. This last visit, it took 2 hours for just an oil change, which was the times I had an oil change with an appointment I still waited a very long time. This last visit, it took 2 hours for just an oil change, which was the worst yet. I guess there were walk ins ahead of my appointment but no one notified me to come later so I sat there for 2 hours.
