I’m heading out on a trip to see family in a week and brought in my Durango to have it checked over before the trip, they were able to get me in and out quick with a full inspection, even got the oil cha brought in my Durango to have it checked over before the trip, they were able to get me in and out quick with a full inspection, even got the oil changed per the inspection, Ray was very easy to deal with, never felt pressured to buy an extra services, been coming here for a long time now and will keep coming back! In a word, disappointing. I was told my repair was $1,000.00. I asked if my warranty covered it and they didn't even know I had a warranty. Then I was assured that all repai I was told my repair was $1,000.00. I asked if my warranty covered it and they didn't even know I had a warranty. Then I was assured that all repairs were covered, all the sudden they were not. I was promised the repair would take 1 day, it took 3. They forgot to order the parts!!!! When the car was done, no one called me, I called only to find it has BEEN sitting and done. Then I was charged the wrong price and had to pay additional money later. I was lied to, treated like I didn't matter, told all the wrong information. If I didn't have to go to the dealership for the warranty, I wouldn't. There is a bit more to my story starting out with my oil change, but I'm sure you get the idea. More
