Great representation, JC was very friendly and professional. But I’m not happy with the condition of the vehicle. The power steering fluid was low, the radiator fluid was low. In addition, the day after I purchased this vehicle, I discovered that the door locking and mirror controls on the drivers door do not work. I contacted my sales representative and he informed the dealership, who still hasn’t contacted me. I e-mailed the sales manager and no response back. I understand the “No Warranty, As Is” but come on, this was an issue before I purchased the vehicle. They could have fixed it before selling it or they could have at least informed me of this issue. I purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past and I was always taken care of but this is the first time I’ve been ignored. Sorry to have had to experienced this. I’m giving them a three star only because the sales representative was friendly and professional. More
