I contacted my sales representative and he informed the dealership, who still hasn’t contacted me. I e-mailed the sales manager and no response back. I understand the “No Warranty, As Is” but come on, this was an issue before I purchased the vehicle. They could have fixed it before selling it or they could have at least informed me of this issue. I purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past and I was always taken care of but this is the first time I’ve been ignored. Sorry to have had to experienced this. I’m giving them a three star only because the sales representative was friendly and professional. More
