At first the experience was not very pleasant, they could work on better communication. I was very pleased with the work they did. They freaked me out when another issue I wasn’t aware of. It’s crazy to own a vehicle for 5 years and never know it had an issue until now. Either way it fixed. I really am lucky to have a lifetime warranty on my truck. I will continue to use this dealer. Oil and tire rotation was supposed to take an hour. Was 2 and a half hours. When we finally got vehicle there was grease on the door handle and speedometer was set for kilometer’s instead of mph. Parker (customer service representative) has always been polite. My truck's bumber was damaged during service. Parker assured me that Dodge would correct the issue. This took 2 full days to complete ( I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:00 PM on Sept. 7th.
