Took 4 days to complete what was estimated at a one day repair. Tech inspection missed a cracked/broken windshield washer reservoir which was readily visible. I had a check engine light pop on unexpectedly, I went into the dealership without an appointment, they got me in and out quickly and even waived the diagnostic fee! There sales consultant Jimmy lost them customers today. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or not but little too late. I hope someone can pop his bra strap before he loses more customers. I thought you were a car dealership that SELLS cars. If he needs me to help him sell cars, I could come down there. However, I wasn't planning on selling a car, I was in the market to buy one. Sales rule of thumb..... A happy customer tells one person about their experience. An unhappy customer will tell everyone that will listen.
