The only reason it was given 1 star is because zero stars wasn't an option. If you have an option find another dealership to get your vehicle serviced at. The vehicle was dropped of and later that day I was told that it would need a software update which I would be charged $188.65 for. Mind you this update was not an optional update or additional features. It caused a check engine light to come on. Apple, Android, Tesla, and Im sure any number of other companies ranging from computers to automobiles provide software updates to fix known issues free of cost. More
