I bought my vehicle about 10 years ago from Joseph (actually Northland VW, the predecessor) and have taken it back for all but one service the entire time - the only exception was when I was out of st (actually Northland VW, the predecessor) and have taken it back for all but one service the entire time - the only exception was when I was out of state and my battery died... I have gotten to know some of the Service Advisors really well and they are knowledgeable, friendly and not out to sell me a bunch of services just to make a buck. I know I could probably find services a little cheaper than the dealer, but I think that working with these folks is more than worth the extra expense. More
