There was no pressure while we were looking for the car. When we decided on a car the process went very smoothly. after all the paperwork was completed we were shown around the dealership and introduced to the service staff. When the car was prepped the salesman showed us everything about the car and even programmed the blue tooth. He even programmed the Bluetooth for us on our other car, which isn't even a Toyota. The follow up after the purchase was impressive as well. We love the car and would recommend Joseph Toyota to everyone. More

Instead of making me sit and wait for him another consultant showed me the models I was looking at and set me up on a test drive, she also had umbrellas for myself and my father which was very nice.. At that point my consultant Larry Lawson met us and we started the test drive. I cannot say enough about Larry, Steven in the finance department and the entire staff of Joseph Toyota, They made purchasing my first car wonderful, and I really appreciate the time they spent with me. They were aggressive with discounts and competitive on pricing. Only downside was they only allowed a minimal trade value (below KBB but due to airbags that had been released appreantly before we had it.) We should have sold the car ourselves as this is probably to be expected from dealerships anywhere. All in all we were treated professionally and walked away pleased. I would highly recommend their internet sales group and Larry Reed to listen to your wants/needs and try hard to put you in the car you desire! We will start with them next time we are looking for another vehicle. More
