Terrible service experience. Insulting and degrading what could be a great experience. I had to return after a rear door was damaged during repairs. Rather than trying to fix it and offer a solution, I was insulted that a strong wind could have blown throughthe service bay and made my door go out of alignment. Either way it was clear they had no interest in fixing their mistake and making it right. I was told I could go wait in line again in another department and pay for my own repairs that were either done myself or a strong wind. So ridiculous. I would never recommend going here. More

Such as a full refund that I had just paid to the service department. You see, I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new car so that’s how the refund came into play. There was also a small dent on the front passenger side door. He promised to have the dent removed and it was removed! I didn’t feel pressured or forced into buying a car. I saw it, I loved it and Mr.Dupree made it happen. So, if you need someone who’s gonna treat you right I recommend Mr. Dupree Rathford at Joseph Toyota! I have to give a shout to Trevor. He’s the manager in the service department. I felt that he was honest and he made sure that I was taken care as I waited for my old car to be serviced. Everyone was fantastic! More
