3 hours to get an oil change was supposed to rotate tires but i dont see anywhaere on the receipt that it was done. Not real likely to service my car there again. I called twice to make this service appointment, but both times the phone rang without ever being answered. So I made the appointment over the Internet. It was for a recall. I arrange my schedule to be there times the phone rang without ever being answered. So I made the appointment over the Internet. It was for a recall. I arrange my schedule to be there to have the work done, but nobody bothered to check to see if the part was in, so they couldn’t do the work. I would think when an appointment is made, requiring a part that somebody in the service department would make sure the part is actually there. More
I do not know where to even start. The whole experience was frustrating. I dropped my car off 7/5 for an oil change and a service alert. I was told I can pick it up 3 days later. No one told me this when I made the appointment and I live an hour away. 3 days later they finally call and tell me what is wrong but says the electrical warranty I purchased won't cover it. Collision says it would have. So I filed a claim through my insurance. No one knew where my car was. I was getting different information from Tyler and Mike. Finally on 7/27 I was able to pick up my car. Ruined my vacation plans and Tyler was just the worst. I will never be back to this dealership. I jumping ship away from Chevrolet period. This whole car buying experience at Joseph Chevrolet left a sour taste in my mouth as well in 2020. More
